Pet Nutrition House Ltd. is a well established Company both locally and in the foreign market, manufacturers, distributors and Exporters of the Maltese renowned brands Prince and Princess pet food. We are looking for a self motivated and result oriented Marketing Manager to join our fantastic award winning Team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy, will lead our marketing campaigns both local and foreign, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. Must have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. 

Responsibilities

Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.

Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.

Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.

Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.

Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans

Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.

Manage and improve promotional campaigns

Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity

Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.

Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.

Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.

Working closely with design department within the company and assisting with new product launches.

Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

Organising and Planning of Pet Shows and pet related events.

Provide leadership on strategies that will drive sales

Work closely with Merchants, Store Operations as well as Sales team to develop and manage effective marketing programs

Work with senior management to increase the market share in target markets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 3+ years' experience in marketing

• Ability to multi-task

• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
